Delivery Information

Orders over the value of £75 which have products less than 1m long, will be delivered free of charge in the UK when using the standard delivery option which takes approximately 3-6 working days.

For orders less than £50 and under 1m, there is a delivery charge of £4.13+VAT charge for standard delivery option which takes approximately 3-5 working days.

There is a next day delivery option, for items less than 1m long, available in the UK which is charged at a flat rate of £6.95+VAT and the delivery service is next working day. This is not guaranteed but the couriers have a success rate of over 98%.

For items of 1m or longer, there is an additional delivery charge which can be seen by pressing the delivery estimate button during the checkout process.

Orders made before 12 noon will generally be dispatched the same day.

We do deliver World Wide so please get in contact for a delivery quotation.

Returns

Saving Light Bulbs have a no quibble returns policy. You are welcome to return any product that is purchased from us on-line and you will receive a refund for the purchase price.

Your Right of Cancellation and Returns Policy (Consumer Distance Selling Regulations)

1. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 working days after you receive the goods providing the goods have not been fitted, assembled or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in an "As New" condition. This does not apply to goods that have had specific modifications for you.
2. To exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us by email to customerservice@saving-light-bulbs.co.uk and then you can send the goods back to us to the address on the invoice. A copy of your invoice should be included with your return and a note to say what is required ie. a refund or replacement.
3. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Saving Light Bulbs at your own cost. It is your responsibility to return the goods in re-saleable condition.
4. 0nce you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract the Supplier will refund or re-credit you, within 14 days of returning the goods, for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
5. If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the cost for the Manufacturer to return the goods to their original condition.
6. If you are returning goods then you are to do so within 14 days of notifying us of your intension to return. The return must include a copy of your sales invoice and a note to request a refund or replacement goods or what is needed.
7. These consumer distance selling regulations do not apply for sales to other businesses.
