Great looking product, however on delivery 2 out of the 10 bulbs ordered were broken. Contacted SLB and received the following reply 'Unfortunately it is far too late to notify us of products potentially broken in transit. However if you order any in the future please put in the comments box to add 1 extra free of charge.' Not pleased as the transaction was in good faith!
I now buy all my ‘specialists bulbs from SLB, because they are just fantastic in all aspects. Next day delivery, good price and of course they look stylish.
The light bulbs are fine. Ordered 8 but one was broken in the packaging so sent an email to customer services on there website but they did not have the courtesy to reply. Ordered 2 more from them to make sure they match what we all ready have and if not broken a spare one as well.
Great service and quality product .. well packaged and look perfect .. really well priced compared to highstreet alternatives. Will definitely be using Saving Light Bulbs again and have already recommended to friends and family

I bought this bulb a few months ago & it was exactly what I wanted over my kitchen dining table in that it was attractive & gave off acceptable levels of light whilst being dimmable. After light use the bulb started to flicker so I have bought a replacement & hoping this one will last many years.
