50w LED Flood Light

A powerful 50w LED flood light with optional plug in PIR. If you compare the light level output in lumens then a 50W LED flood is equivalent to a 350-500w halogen but the effective illumination will is generally much better through the cool light colour and the the reflector efficiency.
This LED flood light has a high quality aluminium housing with a black finish and 5mm tempered glass. It is ideally suited for exterior illumination of buildings, garden lighting, car-parks and a range of other applications.
The dimensions are width 290mm, height 232mm and depth approximately 170mm. The light has 5mm tempered glass.
This LED flood light has an extremely long manufacturers rated life of 50000 hours and is rated IP65.
This item can be purchased with the plug in PIR which has a range up to 12m and a 180 degree detection angle. The PIR can be used in automatic mode where it detects motion but it also comes with a manual override function for straight switch operation.
This LED incorporates the latest COB technology using a single combined LED chip and has a beam angle of 120 degrees which means that all light is emitted from the lamp so there are minimal efficiency losses from the reflector unlike with a halogen flood. Consequently this LED flood light will delivery approximately a 80% saving when compared to halogen floods and a significant economy when compared to sodium floods.
This LED flood light has an output of 3900 lumens and produces a cool white light colour of 6000K for maximum visibility.
