The WT-400 is a 400 watt dimmer module which slots into the RAK8 motherboard. It is suitable for LED, halogen and tungsten dimmable loads. Trailing edge dimming is generally the best solution for LED lamps providing smoother and quieter dimming control. Up to 8 of these modules or others can be slotted into the motherboard. The maximum load for halogens is 400 watts. LEDs are lamp dependent but 200W is a good guide for the limit. The memory is stored on the motherboard so it is fine to change the module without reprogramming. The unit is protected with over current and voltage surge protection. Should you require more of these modules than in stock please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
